Founded in 1958, Marco Bicego was handed down the business by his father, and its entire brand is built on three techniques: hand engraved 18K gold, hand twisted coil, and multicolored gemstones. Hand engraved: The signature style of the brand that is created with a special tool called a “bulino”. Roberto Coin

Roberto Coin, the jewelry designer who signs each piece of jewelry with a small ruby, started in brand in 1996 after he left his career as a hotel manager. His first store opened that year in NYC on the famous street Fifth Avenue. Inspired by different cultures and ethnic influences, he quickly gained acceptance into the jewelry world with his experimentation and innovation. That acceptance grew into revered experience in which he was given the honor of joining the Board of Directors of the World Diamond Council in 2000. Most recently, The Pois Moi Collection was awarded as the best Italian jewelry collection in the world by the International Palladio Awards.
